Young Guns Fitness Dungog

This program has been developed to help the youth of today (your children) to experience what it is like to have FUN without the use of computer games or ipads.

We deliver sessions for children aged between 7-15 years where the main goal is to get them moving.

The sessions are designed for your children to become a better version of themselves rather than competing with the other kids.

We endeavour to educate and support your children to great eating choices and a healthier way of life.

The sessions are design for parents to drop their children and leave to prevent any unwanted pressure to live up to expectations and just focus on enjoying themselves.

Parents will be kept updated with progress through assessments throughout the program.
